      Isolation, characterization and manipulation of microbes, which are involved in microbial stimulation of plant growth. Phytoremediation of petroleum contaminated soils in association with bacteria having ACC-deaminase enzyme. Plant-microbe-growth regulator interactions to improve the plant growth and remediation process in metal contaminated soils.
